The Firm’s leasing practice is well-known, both in New York and nationally. Our attorneys represent landlords and tenants in commercial and ground lease transactions for retail, office, industrial and mixed-use properties.
The attorneys in the Leasing Practice Group are devoted exclusively to commercial leasing. Eric Menkes and Risa Letowsky have more than 40 years’ combined experience in this field.
