Stacy Jacobson is a partner at Adler & Stachenfeld in the Real Estate Department, the Condominium & Cooperative Practice, and the Corporate Practice.  

Stacy has almost 25 years of experience advising clients on a wide variety of real estate matters and other business transactions.  She has significant expertise in all aspects of acquisition, financing, leasing, development and disposition of various real estate and real estate-related assets, including office buildings, shopping malls, industrial facilities, multi-family residential properties, vacant land, and the entities holding interest in these properties. Stacy also drafts Condominium Declarations for affordable housing and mixed-use projects.

In addition to handling the business, title, and environmental issues that arise in connection with real estate and business transactions, Stacy also forms and organizes corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies and negotiates joint venture agreements.

Before joining Adler & Stachenfeld in 2025, Stacy practiced at Seiden & Schein, P.C. and Harras Bloom & Archer LLP. 

Stacy is fluent in English and Spanish.
