Scott Schreiber is an associate in the Real Estate Department and Real Estate Tax & Zoning Incentives Practice at Adler & Stachenfeld where he counsels developers in their application for and implement New York’s J-51 and 421-a programs, as well as the Industrial and Commercial Abatement Program (“ICAP”).
Scott began his legal career in real estate litigation, providing general representation to condominium and cooperative boards. Using the experience he gained in litigation, he transitioned to the transactional side of real estate law, representing buyers and sellers of residential and commercial real estate.
In addition to his professional interest in real estate development, Scott enjoys working on home improvement projects with his kids. He is also passionate about piano, and completed the NYC Marathon, a feat he has promised his wife never to repeat.
Before joining Adler & Stachenfeld in 2025, Scott was an associate at Seiden & Schein, P.C.
Scott is admitted to practice in New York.
