Ms. Howard is an Associate in the Real Estate Finance Practice counseling private equity funds, REITs, developers, and institutional investors in complex real estate debt and equity transactions. Her experience spans financings, acquisitions, dispositions, and commercial leasing across a variety of asset classes.
Ms. Howard's expertise includes executing sophisticated real estate capital markets transactions, including mortgage and mezzanine financing, CMBS loans, and preferred equity investments. She handles all phases of the deal lifecycle, from comprehensive entity and property-level due diligence to the negotiation and structuring of core transaction documents.
Ms. Howard joined Adler & Stachenfeld in 2026. She was previously with the law firms of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP and Mayer Brown LLP.
