Joseph Kornbluh joined the firm in 2023 and is a Partner in the Real Estate Practice Group. Mr. Kornbluh's practice covers a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including joint ventures, acquisitions and dispositions, financings, development, leasing, restructurings and recapitalizations, with a particular emphasis on complex joint venture transactions. He has extensive experience representing institutional investors, pension funds, private equity firms, REITs and developers throughout the full life cycle of projects across a broad array of asset classes.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Kornbluh was a Special Counsel at Stroock & Stroock & Lavan.
Mr. Kornbluh is admitted to practice in New York.
