Hillary Potashnick chairs the Condominium & Cooperative Practice at Adler & Stachenfeld. She has over 30 years of practice experience in acquisitions and sales of real estate, cooperative and condominium new construction and conversion projects, all aspects of registrations and representation of developers, lenders, and cooperative and condominium boards, financing and workouts between purchasers and developers and lenders, advocacy before the New York State Attorney General’s office; and general real estate practice.
Before joining Adler & Stachenfeld in 2025, Hillary practiced at Seiden & Schein, P.C., Starr Associates LLP, Robinson Silverman (predecessor of Bryan Cave LLP, now known as Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP), and was Director and Counsel of the Cooperative and Condominium Department at Time Equities, Inc.
Hillary is admitted to practice law in New York.
