Henry is an Associate at Adler & Stachenfeld LLP, where he is a member of the Real Estate and Leasing Practices. He represents institutional owners and operators in many principal areas of commercial real estate law, including joint venture agreements, acquisitions, dispositions, financings, restructurings and development relating to all asset classes of commercial real estate.
Henry earned his J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and his B.A. from Excelsior College.
