David is an Associate at Adler & Stachenfeld LLP, where he is a member of the Real Estate Practice and the Condominium & Cooperative Practice. He advises developers in negotiating purchase agreements for residential and commercial units and drafts substantial amendments for offering plans and Declarations of Condominium.
Prior to joining Adler & Stachenfeld in 2025, David practiced as an associate at other firms, including Seiden & Schein, P.C.
David earned his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and his B.S. from Boston University.
