David Lu is an associate in the Real Estate Department and Condominium and Cooperative Practice at Adler & Stachenfeld LLP. He advises developers in negotiating purchase agreements for residential and commercial units and drafts substantial amendments for offering plans and Declarations of Condominium.
David is an active member and current co-chair of the Solo and Small Firm Practice Committee at the Asian American Bar Association of New York (AABANY). He works closely with other Committees (including but limited to Real Estate, Immigration, Tax, and Asia Practice) to create programs and networking events tailored to attorneys, developers, brokers, and lenders.
Before joining Adler & Stachenfeld in 2025, David practiced as an associate at other firms, including Seiden & Schein, P.C.
David is admitted to practice in New York.
