Cathrena is an Associate at Adler & Stachenfeld LLP, where she is a member of the Real Estate Practice. She represents institutional owners and operators in many principal areas of commercial real estate law, including joint venture agreements, acquisitions, dispositions, financings, restructurings and development relating to all asset classes of commercial real estate.
Cathrena earned her J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law and her B.A. from Binghamton University, State University of New York.
