LaShawn A. Oxendine

Associate

LaShawn joined the firm in 2022 and is a senior associate in the Tax Practice. 

 

LaShawn engages in tax planning and corporate advisory of the entire lifecycle of both corporations and pass-through entities, from formation to business exit planning. Specifically, she assists both domestic and international clients with tax favorable choice of entity issues, including tax classification and formation document drafting. She also has extensive mergers and acquisitions experience on both the buyer and seller side, including tax structuring, drafting, and negotiating transaction and ancillary agreements.

 

She is admitted to practice in New York and Maryland.
